This is for you if
- You have never skated, or you have been on the ice a handful of times and never really knew what you were doing out there.
- You would like to feel safe. Knowing how to fall, and how to get back up, changes everything about how the ice feels under you. Knowing how to stop does the rest.
- You are an adult who wants to learn this properly, and you are done being told it is something you should have picked up as a child.

- Three on-ice modules, 7 to 8 exercises each
- A 32-minute off-ice training session
- The audio-guided on-ice practice
- Your training log and three bonus tools
- Lifetime access, including every update
Here’s what makes this different
Here is what happens to most adults on their first few visits. You hold the boards, you watch everyone glide past, and you copy what they look like they are doing. That works for about ten minutes. Then you are stuck, because copying the shape of a movement leaves out the part that makes it work, which is what your weight and your breath are doing underneath it. So you learn each movement in three passes instead: first on the floor at home, where nothing is slippery; then on video, on the ice, slowed down with the technique explained; then on the ice yourself, with Maja’s voice in your ear talking you through the exercise while you are doing it. That third pass is the heart of it, because the coaching arrives at the moment you are moving.
Here’s who you’re learning from

Maja Luther is the founder of Digital Skating School and the coach behind The SkateSmart Somatic Method™. She performed as a principal in ice shows across more than 40 countries, choreographed for Olympians, and completed her Master’s research at Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance in London.
For the last 10 years she has coached adult skaters, from people who had never stood on a skate to Olympic athletes.
Here’s what you’ll learn
Three on-ice modules, each one building on the one before it. You start with the two things that make the ice feel safe, which are falling and getting back up, and knowing how to stop. Then you build:
Here’s what’s inside
It asks less of your calendar than you might think. Each module is around 20 minutes of watching, the off-ice session is 32 minutes at home, and the rest happens during ice time you were going to book anyway. Once a week is a good start. Two or three times a week is where the real progress comes from.
